What Is the MySubaru App?
No matter if you’re driving on the Park City roads or at home planning adventures, the MySubaru app makes owning a Subaru easy. When you download the MySubaru app, you’ll have access to convenient features like:
- Owner’s manuals and how-to videos
- Find Subaru service centers
- Schedule Service
- Track service history
- STARLINK remote start control, unlock, and vehicle locator*
- Real-time health notifications*
- 24-hour roadside assistance*
While every Tooele Subaru owner can use the MySubaru app, the more advanced features require a Subaru STARLINK® subscription or an Added Security Gold Plus plan.
Get Started Using the MySubaru App
- Download the free MySubaru app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Open the app and create your account using an active email address.
- Log in to your account.
- Add your vehicle to your account by entering its VIN, which can be found on your vehicle registration, on the driver’s side dashboard, or the plate on the driver’s side door frame.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the setup process and connect your vehicle to the app.
- For an interactive preview of the MySubaru app, click on the “Demo” link located on the log-in page of the app. Note: This demonstration shows some features that require a specific Subaru STARLINK® subscription.
- Access How-To videos from the main menu of the app to explore some of the available features.
